
It's FUN! But I'm just now, on day 3, getting some of the steps down. In 20 minutes, I'm sweating bullets, but I don't actually feel like I'm working out, and I truly hope that continues!
I can feel my abs getting tighter, and I feel a sort of dull soreness all over - the the point where Advil isn't necessary, but I feel it constantly. And that feels good!
So you might be wondering - these look like nice, brightly-colored CDs and those little pom pom things look interesting, but what IS Zumba? Well, here's a little clip I found on youtube that shows what the basic steps are like, and it gives you an idea of some of the moves - in abbreviated version, anyway:
